Job summary

Vi at Aventura is seeking a Floor Technician to join our housekeeping team on-site in Aventura, FL. You will operate standard floor care equipment and perform routine carpet and hard surface restoration in the community's common areas.

Qualified applicants should have at least 2 years in floor care or related fields, a valid driver's license where applicable, and the ability to comply with Florida's Care Provider Background Screening. Competitive pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in floor care, housekeeping, or janitorial work in a Hospitality, Healthcare, Environmental Services, or Senior Living Environment.
• Must possess a valid and current driver's license, where applicable.
• Demonstrated skill in operating and maintaining equipment.

Responsibilities

• Performing routine carpet and hard surface floor restoration and maintenance in the community's common areas.
• Performing minor repairs on an as needed basis.
• Cleans common areas of the community.
