Job summary

Master Clean Services in San Antonio is seeking a Floor Technician / Janitorial Technician to maintain floors and support general janitorial tasks. You will sweep, mop, vacuum, scrub, and refinish floors, protect and restore surfaces, and ensure restrooms and common areas are clean and stocked. This hands-on role rewards reliability and attention to detail. Employment Type: Full-Time.

Schedule: Mon-Fri. Pay: $22 per hour. Location: Port of San Antonio.

Qualifications

• Previous floor-care or janitorial experience preferred.
• Experience operating floor machines is strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of stripping, waxing, buffing, and floor maintenance is a plus.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Dependable transportation and consistent attendance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to perform physical cleaning duties including standing, walking, bending, lifting, pushing, and pulling.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, dust mop, wet mop, and vacuum floors.
• Operate floor-care equipment, including buffers, scrubbers, and other floor machines.
• Strip, wax, and refinish floors as needed.
• Burnish and maintain finished flooring.
• Spot-clean and maintain carpets.
• Perform routine floor inspections and address areas requiring additional attention.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms.
• Empty trash and replace liners.
• Clean common areas, offices, hallways, and other assigned spaces.
• Dust and wipe down surfaces.
• Restock paper products, soap, and other supplies.
• Assist with additional janitorial duties when needed.
• Properly use and store cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Follow company safety procedures and cleaning standards.
• Report maintenance concerns, damaged equipment, or supply needs to management.
