Responsibilities and Duties:

• Sweeps, mops, scrubs, and vacuums assigned areas (i.e. hallways, stairs, office space, etc.)
• Buff and burnish floors
• Strip and wax floors
• Follow scheduled maintenance on floors to keep them up to standard
• Notifies Crew Leader/Supervisor of supplies and equipment that are needed

Requirements and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Janitorial experience or experience in cleaning and maintain assigned buildings/facilities
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Able to work from a 6-foot ladder
