Xanitos, Inc. is hiring Full-Time Hospital Floor Techs at Flagstaff Medical Center in Flagstaff, Arizona. This role performs cleaning and maintains orderly conditions across client facilities in a healthcare campus, with shift 11:00pm–7:30am.

Responsibilities include monitoring areas for debris, cleaning corners and baseboards, dust-mopping, and operating floor machines for projects. Experience in janitorial or medical cleaning is a plus; post-offer medical, background screening and drug test

Xanitos is hiring Full-Time Hospital Floor Techs at Flagstaff Medical Center in Flagstaff, Arizona.

• Shift: 11:00pm-7:30am

Job Overview:

Floor Techs may work in any location on client premises. This individual cleans and keeps in an orderly condition facilities or locations in a health care campus. The general responsibilities of the position include those listed below, but Xanitos may identify other responsibilities of the position. These responsibilities may differ among accounts, depending on business necessities, client requirements and applicable industry standards.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Monitors assigned areas and corridors for cups, Spills, paper and debris.
• Cleans all corners, edges and baseboards in the assigned areas.
• Dust mop all the hard floor areas, cleaning behind doors and moving objects in the floor area that are movable.
• Remove all marks/scuffs on the floor.
• Damp mop floors with the proper assigned cleaning chemical or use scrubbing machine.

Project Work:

• Utilizes floor machines for project work as assigned.
• Burnishes floors using a high-speed floor machine as directed.
• Scrubs floors and strips floors as needed or assigned.
• May perform "Area Cleaner" job duties.
• Performs related work as required.

Job Qualifications:

• Experience in the janitorial industry a plus
• Medical cleaning a plus
• Post-Offer Medical, Background Screening and Drug Test required
