Xanitos, Inc is hiring Full-Time 2nd Shift Hospital Floor Techs at Merit Health River Oaks in Flowood, MS. The role involves cleaning and maintaining facilities on client premises within a healthcare campus, following standard procedures and safety guidelines.

Daily tasks include cleaning floors, dust mopping, and removing debris; project work involves floor machines and burnishing. A background check and post-offer screenings are required.

Competenze

• Experience in the janitorial industry is a plus.
• Medical cleaning experience is a plus.
• Post-Offer Medical, Background Screening and Drug Test required.

Mansioni

• Monitors assigned areas and corridors for cups, spills, paper and debris.
• Cleans corners, edges and baseboards in the assigned areas.
• Dust mops hard floor areas and moves objects as needed.
• Damp mops floors with cleaning chemicals or uses scrubber machines.
• Operates floor machines for project work and burnishes floors as directed.
• Scrubs and strips floors as needed or assigned.
• Performs related work as required.

Xanitos is hiring Full-Time 2nd Shift Hospital Floor Techs at Merit Health River Oaks in Flowood, MS.

• 2nd Shift: 3p - 11:30p
• Hourly Rate $14.50

Job Overview:

Floor Techs may work in any location on client premises. This individual cleans and keeps in an orderly condition facilities or locations in a health care campus. The general responsibilities of the position include those listed below, but Xanitos may identify other responsibilities of the position. These responsibilities may differ among accounts, depending on business necessities, client requirements and applicable industry standards.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Monitors assigned areas and corridors for cups, Spills, paper and debris.
• Cleans all corners, edges and baseboards in the assigned areas.
• Dust mop all the hard floor areas, cleaning behind doors and moving objects in the floor area that are movable.
• Remove all marks/scuffs on the floor.
• Damp mop floors with the proper assigned cleaning chemical or use scrubbing machine.

Project Work:

• Utilizes floor machines for project work as assigned.
• Burnishes floors using a high-speed floor machine as directed.
• Scrubs floors and strips floors as needed or assigned.
• May perform "Area Cleaner" job duties.
• Performs related work as required.

Job Qualifications:

• Experience in the janitorial industry a plus
