Job summary

ESFM USA is seeking a Floor Technician in Shepherdsville, KY, to perform floor maintenance, restoration, and operate industrial floor care equipment. This full-time role requires no prior experience and includes on-the-job training.

The position offers a 7:00 am–6:00 pm schedule Sunday to Wednesday and an hourly pay range of $15.00–$16.50. Benefits are provided for full-time associates, with additional time-off options in accordance with applicable laws.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a floor care technician or in a related role preferred.
• Proven knowledge of floor care equipment and techniques.
• Knowledge and ability to follow safety procedures.
• Requires frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling of up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of hard-surface floor maintenance and use proper procedures (stripping, refinishing, burnishing, spray cleaning, spray buffing).
• Operate various types of industrial floor care equipment.
• Utilize automated equipment for cleaning large floor areas.
• Perform carpet and upholstery care (shampooing, damp surface, extractions, spot cleaning, vacuuming).
• Conduct maintenance and restorative processes for all floor surface types.
• Perform other duties as assigned by manager.

Job Summary

Floor Technician is responsible for floor maintenance, restoration, and the operation of industrial floor care equipment.

Essential Functions
