Job summary

Crothall Healthcare is hiring a Floor Technician to maintain and restore hard-surface floors using industrial equipment. The role involves operating floor care machines, performing refinishing, burnishing, and spray cleaning across large areas, and handling carpet/upholstery care as needed.

Full-time position at a healthcare facility in Boca Raton, with training offered and a fixed hourly pay rate. Strong safety awareness and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• Proven knowledge of floor care equipment and techniques required.
• Knowledge and ability to follow safety procedures.
• Requires frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling of up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Maintains knowledge of hard-surface floor maintenance and uses proper procedures for stripping, refinishing, burnishing, spray cleaning, and spray buffing.
• Operates various types of industrial floor care equipment.
• Utilizes automated equipment for cleaning large floor areas.
• Performs carpet and upholstering care including shampooing, damp surface, extractions, spot cleaning, and vacuuming.
• Performs maintenance and restorative processes for all floor surface types.
• Other duties as assigned by manager.

Job Summary

• Perform maintenance and restorative processes for all floor surface types
• Other duties as assigned by manager

• Proven knowledge of floor care equipment and techniques required
• Knowledge and ability to follow safety procedures
