Qualifications

Job Summary

Baptist is looking to add a Floor Technician Finisher to our Environmental Services team. Our Floor Technicians provide service to most of the hospital and create a clean and welcoming environment.

Shift Details: Full-Time, Nights, Sunday - Thursday, 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM (rotating weekends and holidays are required)

Location: Baptist Beaches

Responsibilities include:

• Perform heavier cleaning functions in assigned areas.
• Clean and maintain all areas of the hospital, including non-patient areas, offices, common waiting areas, restrooms, patient rooms, and procedure rooms.
• Sweep, mop, scrub, strip, and polish floors using heavy machinery.
• Handle all chemicals properly following infection control policies.
• Perform routine maintenance on cleaning equipment and report repairs.
• Complete all work following safety guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Baptist Health utilizes UV Disinfection Technology via UV Robotic Machines to enhance sanitation and protect staff and patients.
