Job Summary: Baptist is looking to add a Floor Technician Finisher at Baptist Medical Center to join our Environmental Services team. The Floor Technician Finisher is responsible for maintaining a safe and healthy environment for our patients, visitors, and staff.

Shift Details: Full-Time, Nights, 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM (rotating weekends and holidays)

Location: Baptist Downtown

General Responsibilities:

• Perform major floor cleaning and refreshing throughout the medical center.
• Perform all Environmental Services-related tasks.
• Conduct heavier cleaning functions in assigned areas following established schedules and methods.
• Maintain assigned equipment for cleanliness and recommend repairs as needed.
• Perform any additional tasks as assigned.

Baptist utilizes state-of-the-art UV Disinfection Technology via UV Robotic Machines, which break down the DNA of germs in the hospital environment before manual cleaning, enhancing safety for team members and patients.

Qualifications:
