Job Summary

Baptist is looking to add a Floor Technician Finisher to join our Environmental Services team at Baptist Medical Center. The Floor Technician Finisher is responsible for maintaining a safe and healthy environment for our patients, visitors, and staff.

Shift Details: Full-Time, Evenings, 1:00 PM - 9:30 PM (rotating weekends and holidays are required)

Location: Baptist Downtown

General Responsibilities:

• Performs major floor cleaning and refreshing throughout the medical center.
• Performs all Environmental Services-related tasks.
• Performs heavier cleaning functions in assigned areas following established schedules and methods.
• Maintains assigned equipment for cleanliness and recommends repairs as needed.
• Performs other tasks as assigned.

Baptist utilizes state-of-the-art UV Disinfection Technology via UV Robotic Machines, which break down the DNA of germs in the hospital environment before manual cleaning, enhancing safety for team members and patients.
