Qualifications

• 12 months of related work experience preferred.
• Experience with floor care equipment and all phases of floor and carpet care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, buff, polish, scrub hard-surface floors using heavy equipment.
• Vacuum, spot clean and extract carpeted floor surfaces.
• Clean furniture and empty trash as needed.
• Wash walls and maintain baseboards and cove base molding.
• Assist in training other employees.
• Attend work and arrive on time.
