Harbor’s Edge is seeking highly qualified part- and full-time Floor Technicians to join our team in Norfolk, Virginia. You will perform floor care tasks across the facility while maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents and staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Experience operating floor care equipment.
• Knowledge of floor finishes and maintenance techniques.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine floor care including stripping, waxing, buffing.
• Operate and maintain floor care equipment safely.
• Follow infection control, sanitation, and safety procedures.
• Address floor hazards and report maintenance needs promptly.
• Maintain supplies and assist with resident move-ins/move-outs and special cleaning.
