Job summary

Gordon Health & Rehab is seeking a dedicated full-time housekeeping associate to maintain a clean, safe environment for patients and staff. Starting pay is $15.29 per hour with weekly pay, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision insurance, 401(k) with match, and paid time off.

You will dust, sweep, mop, and sanitize floors, store equipment, report repairs, and support facility operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret safety instructions and policies.
• Strong communication and customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Dust, sweep, mop, buff, strip, and wax floors as scheduled by supervisor.
• Clean and store equipment at the end of each shift.
• Report any needed repairs.
• Perform waste disposal procedures as required by supervisor.
• Assist in the proper care and use of housekeeping equipment.
• Promotes the image and reputation of the System by exhibiting servant leadership and providing direct and open lines of communication.
• Contributes to the work of committees, workgroups, project management, and other collaborative efforts of the System.
• Performs other duties as necessary to ensure the success of the System.
