Focused Post Acute Care Partners FPACP is seeking a Floor Tech to maintain cleanliness and flooring at our facility. You will work closely with the housekeeping and maintenance teams to keep a safe, clean environment for residents and staff.

The role requires physical work, lifting up to 50 pounds, and may include some weekend shifts and holidays. We offer benefits and a DailyPay option to support our team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience in industrial floor care preferred.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Maintain facility cleanliness.
• Buff and wax floors as required.
• Empty facility trash and dispose of waste.
• Notify supervisor when supplies are needed.
• Notify supervisor when equipment requires repair.
• Assist with area repairs as directed.
