Cushman & Wakefield is hiring for a Full-Time Cleaner on the 3rd shift. The role is a union position with an hourly rate of $28.75. Schedule includes 11:00pm–7:00am on Mon, Thu, Fri and 12:00am–8:00am on Sat–Sun; days off Tue and Wed.

The job requires prior cleaning experience and good communication skills. This is a full-time on-site custodial position with duties across multiple facilities. Applicants must be able to safely lift up to 50 pounds and follow established safety procedures.

Such duties shall be in accordance with established standards, instructions, and procedures of C&W Services. This is a Full-Time union position, and the hourly rate is $ 28.75 The ideal candidate must meet have good communication skills, previous cleaning experience and be able to lift up to 50 pounds.Schedule: Monday, Thursday, Friday (11:00pm-7:00am), Saturday and Sunday (12:00am -8:00am).Days off: Tuesday and WednesdayJob DescriptionJob DescriptionTYPICAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Performs cleaning duties in all areas assignedEnsures housekeeping company’s standards are followedSweep, mop and wash floors, and other surfaces (inside buildings)Floor caring (shampoo carpets and scrub/wash floors)Sort materials, such as glass, paper or plastics, into appropriate containers for recycling.Deposit recoverable materials into chutes or place materials on conveyor belts.Clean recycling yard by sweeping, raking, picking up broken glass and loose paper debris, or moving barrels and binsVacuum rugs in bedrooms, offices and public areas. Spot clean daily and shampoo when directed rugs. Clean and dust furniture, exhibit cases, pictures, chairs, door trim, light fixtures, and all other horizontal surfaces including periodic high dusting.Wash windowsills; glass in interior doors, partition, and specified windows.Wash glass and trim at entrance doors, interior/exterior- Wash/spot clean interior walls as appropriate daily.Clean bathrooms and restock paper supplies daily. Standard bathroom procedures are to damp wipe glass surfaces, empty waste baskets, service soap and toilet paper dispensers, dust sills, clean tile walls, shelves, stall partitions, sweep/mop/scrub floors, etc.Reports possible necessary maintenance items/defects such as clogged urinals and lights out, and report to supervisors.Collect building trash, recycling and compost.
