Job summary

Fundamental in Sumter, SC is seeking a Floor Technician responsible for maintaining flooring across the facility and ensuring safety for residents and staff while cleaning. The role also covers additional maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, electrical work, and HVAC filter changes.

Candidates should have a High School Diploma or GED, be fluent in English, and have reliable transportation. 1–2 years of carpet and vinyl plank experience is preferred; prior floor technician work in long

• Previous Floor Technician experience in long term care preferred

Position Summary

The Floor Technician plays a key role in ensuring that our flooring throughout the facility is well maintained and free of any safety hazards for our patients and their families while they are in our care.

Posted Salary Range

USD $17.00 - USD $21.00 /Hr.

Wage Commensuration

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, education and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
