Job summary

Riverside Health & Rehabilitation is seeking a Floor Technician to keep our facility floor surfaces clean and safe for patients, families, and staff. You will be responsible for maintaining flooring throughout the facility and ensuring hazard-free conditions.

The role pays USD 17.00–21.00 per hour and includes a benefits package for full-time team members. A High School Diploma or GED is required, and fluent English is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Fluent English required.
• 1–2 years of Carpet and Vinyl Plank experience preferred.
• Previous Floor Technician experience in long-term care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cleans and maintains flooring throughout the facility.
• Ensures safety measures for residents and employees while flooring is being cleaned.
• May perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Job description

The Floor Technician plays a key role in ensuring that our flooring throughout the facility is well maintained and free of any safety hazards for our patients and their families while they are in our care.

USD $17.00 - USD $21.00 /Hr.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, education and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.

• Cleans and maintains flooring throughout the facility.
• Ensures that safety measures are taken for residents and employees while flooring is being cleaned.
• May perform other duties as assigned by their supervisor.
• Must possess, as a minimum, High School Diploma or equivalent G.E.D
• Must be able to speak, understand, and write in fluent English
• Candidates with 1 - 2 years of experience in Carpet and Vinyl Plank preferred
• Previous Floor Technician experience in long term care preferred
• Reliable transportation required
