This position must integrate company values into daily practice.**Essential Functions:*** Maintains floors by proper cleaning techniques which will include stripping, waxing, buffing, as needed.* Reports maintenance needs.* Adheres to Facilities Management policies and procedures regarding use of hazardous materials and exposure to body substances and utilizes/wears required protective equipment and/or clothing.* Assists in cleaning all patient rooms and ancillary areas as assigned.* Provides an environment conducive to safety for patients, visitors, and staff. Assesses the risks for safety and implements appropriate precautions.
