The position involves routine floor care, supplies management, and light maintenance. Weekend and evening shifts are required, with opportunities for growth in a dynamic healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior experience in a healthcare or custodial setting preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and evenings.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, and clean floors throughout the facility, including patient rooms, corridors, and common areas.
• Restock supplies and maintain inventory of cleaning materials and equipment.
• Maintain proper storage and organization of cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Perform light maintenance tasks, such as unclogging drains and replacing light bulbs.
• Ensure compliance with infection control and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient work environment.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
