Job summary

Pine Haven Rehabilitation and Wellness Center in Eight Mile, AL is seeking a Floor Technician to maintain clean, safe spaces for patients, staff and visitors. You will sweep, mop, and disinfect floors, restock supplies, and ensure proper storage of equipment.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and willingness to work varied shifts including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, and clean floors throughout the facility, including patient rooms, corridors, and common areas.
• Restock supplies and maintain inventory of cleaning materials and equipment.
• Maintain proper storage and organization of cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Perform light maintenance tasks, such as unclogging drains and replacing light bulbs.
• Ensure compliance with infection control and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient work environment.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
