Job summary

Sodexo Group is seeking a Floor Technician in Oak Ridge, TN. You will provide high-quality cleaning services to maintain a safe and healthy environment, operating floor care equipment and supporting on-site teams.

The role requires varying shifts within a full-time rotation and prior floor care experience is preferred. We offer comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth within our facilities network.

Qualifications

• 12 months of related work experience preferred.
• Experience with floor care equipment and all phases of floor and carpet care preferred.
• Team-oriented, adaptable, reliable, and nurturers of a healthy/safe working environment for all.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, buff, polish, scrub, strip and refinish hard-surface floors using heavy equipment.
• Vacuum, spot clean and extract carpeted floor surfaces.
• May clean furniture and empty trash, linen, and garbage containers.
• May wash walls and maintain baseboards and cove base molding.
• May assist in training other employees.
• Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity.
• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.

Employment Type: Full-Time Rotation Shift

Pay Range: $18 - $20

What You’ll Do: As a Floor Technician at Sodexo, you are a hygiene hero and planet protector. You will deliver a high-quality cleaning service to create a safe and healthy environment.
