You will work with a team, travel to client sites, and contribute to delivering high-quality service. Requirements include dependability, willingness to learn a skilled trade, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a valid driver’s license.

• Work with experienced technicians and develop new skills.
• Provide professional service to commercial customers.
• Travel to customer locations as needed.

What You'll Do

As a Floor Technician, you'll work with a team to clean, maintain, and restore commercial floors and surfaces. Through training and hands-on experience, you'll learn to:

• Clean and maintain carpet, tile, vinyl, stone, hardwood, and other commercial surfaces
• Operate professional floor-care equipment and tools
• Perform scrubbing, buffing, stripping, waxing, and specialized floor-care services
• Follow safety procedures and SOLID quality standards
• Work alongside experienced technicians and develop new skills
• Provide professional service to commercial customers
• Travel to customer locations as needed

Previous experience in floor care, janitorial services, facilities maintenance, construction, warehouse, landscaping, or other hands-on work is preferred.
