Creative Solutions in Healthcare seeks a Floor Technician to keep our facilities clean, safe, and welcoming for residents, staff, and guests. You will perform daily cleaning tasks across bathrooms, bedrooms, hallways, and common areas, using mopping, scrubbing, buffing, and disinfecting.

The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work well independently or with a team in a fast-paced setting.

Your Impact as a Floor Technician

In this role, you will:

• Maintain Cleanliness: Clean assigned areas such as bathrooms, bedrooms, hallways, and common spaces through mopping, scrubbing, buffing, polishing, dusting, and disinfecting
• Restock Supplies: Replenish paper products, soap, and other essential items as needed
• Engage with Others: Interact respectfully and professionally with residents, staff, and visitors to foster a welcoming environment
