Job summary

Caprock Nursing is hiring a Floor Technician to help create a clean, welcoming environment for residents, staff, and guests. You will perform daily cleaning, restock supplies, and engage respectfully with others in a fast-paced setting.

The successful candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team. Prior experience with elderly care is a plus, and a strong commitment to safety and hygiene is required.

Qualifications

• Dependable and detail-oriented with a focus on safety and hygiene.
• Able to work well in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to follow care and safety policies, including Resident Bill of Rights.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of bathrooms, bedrooms, hallways and common spaces through mopping, scrubbing, buffing, polishing, dusting and disinfecting.
• Restock paper products, soap and other essential items as needed.
• Engage respectfully and professionally with residents, staff and visitors to foster a welcoming environment.

In this role, you will:

• Maintain Cleanliness: Clean assigned areas such as bathrooms, bedrooms, hallways, and common spaces through mopping, scrubbing, buffing, polishing, dusting, and disinfecting

• Restock Supplies: Replenish paper products, soap, and other essential items as needed

• Engage with Others: Interact respectfully and professionally with residents, staff, and visitors to foster a welcoming environment
