Job summary

ABM Industries in Las Vegas is seeking a reliable Floor Tech to maintain carpet and hard surface floors across client facilities. You will operate cleaning machines, follow safety procedures, and ensure spaces stay clean and well-maintained. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 6:00 PM–2:30 AM, with a pay rate of $18.00 per hour.

Must be 18+, have a valid driver’s license, and experience with floor-care equipment such as scrubbers and waxers. Experience with stripping and waxing floors is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Experience with floor care cleaning machines and equipment.
• Preferred: customer service experience.
• Preferred: 1 year of similar work experience.

Responsibilities

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Shift: Monday - Friday 6pm to 2:30am

The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.

Driving Requirements

This role requires the operation of a motor vehicle as an essential job function. Applicants must possess a valid driver’s license at the time of hire and maintain an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) in accordance with company standards. Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a driving record review and continued compliance with all applicable state laws and company policies. Driving is a regular and essential function of this position.

• Notify Manager concerning the need for minor or major repairs or additions to building operating systems
• Establish and maintain effective communication and working relationships with clients, co-workers, shift coordinators, supervisors, managers, etc.

• Responsible for the maintenance of all floor areas and for sustaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation
