Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid Driver's License.
• 2-3 years of experience in floor care (waxing, stripping, buffing, polishing floors; shampoo carpets; use of pressure washer and window cleaner).
• No high school diploma, GED or college degree required

Responsibilities

• Cleans building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming.
• Follows procedures for chemical cleaners and power equipment to protect floors and fixtures.
• Strips, seals, finishes, and polishes floors.
• Cleans and vacuums carpeted areas; performs spot cleaning.
• Drives vehicles to travel to cleaning sites (if required)
• Maintains floors including stripping, buffing, waxing, refinishing, sealing and spot cleaning.
• Adheres to safety measures in the work areas.
• Assists Building/Account Lead with special projects (setups, breakdowns, moves).
• Floor Tech must be flexible and willing to complete assigned tasks.

Responsibilities

• Cleans building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming them. Follows procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment in order to prevent damage to floors and fixtures.
• Strips, seals, finishes, and polishes floors
• Cleans and vacuums carpeted areas, including application of spot cleaning treatment
• Drives vehicles (if required) to perform or travel to cleaning work, including vans, industrial trucks, or industrial vacuum cleaners
• Miscellaneous duties as assigned
• Floor person is responsible for cleaning and maintaining carpet and hard surface floors, including stripping, scrubbing, buffing, waxing, refinishing, sealing and spot cleaning.
• Responsible for using safety measures in work areas.
• Duties also include assisting the Building/Account Lead with special projects including but not limited to, setups, breakdowns, move in/ move outs).
• Floor Tech must be flexible and willing to complete all tasks that are assigned.

Qualifications

Required:

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must meet all requirements to receive approval for working in specific ATS environments (if applicable), including ten-year work history if available
• 2-3 years of work experience (waxing, stripping, buffing, polishing floors, shampoo carpets, pressure washer and window cleaner.

No high school diploma, GED or college degree required

Must have a valid Driver's License.

Preferred:

• Customer service experience
• 2-3 years of similar work experience
