The Budd Group is seeking a Janitorial Floor Tech to maintain floors overnight at our High Point location. You will strip, wax, buff and clean hard surfaces using professional equipment, ensuring safety and shine for our clients.

• Schedule: Part-Time (2 Openings Available) | Shift Option 1: Thurs–Sat (12:00 AM – 4:00 AM) | Shift Option 2: Sun–Wed (12:00 AM – 4:00 AM)

• Requirements/Qualifications: 1 year of floor care experience required; must be able to lift 50 lbs repetitively.

What You’ll Do

As a Janitorial Floor Tech on our team, you keep our client's floors spotless, safe, and shining! Your daily floor technician routine brings structure to your overnight shift as your tasks include:

• Stripping, waxing, buffing, and maintaining hard surface floors using specialized floor care equipment.

• Operating auto-scrubbers, burnishers, and other professional machinery efficiently.

• Executing general floor care specialist and custodial duties as assigned by your supervisor.

• Minimum 1 year of floor technician or commercial floor care experience required.

• Reliability, strong attention to detail, and night-shift dependability.

• Physical capability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs repetitively.
