Northbrook Rehabilitation Center is actively hiring a Floor Technician to maintain clean, safe, and well-maintained facility flooring. The Floor Technician plays a critical role in facility appearance, safety, sanitation, and overall environmental cleanliness.

• Experience in floor care preferred.
• Able to operate floor care equipment.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and care for facility flooring as a Floor Technician.
• Operate floor care equipment safely and properly.
• Strip, wax, buff, and maintain floors as needed.
• Follow safety, sanitation, and infection control standards.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Support overall environmental services operations.
