Job summary

Sodexo is hiring a Floor Technician at University Hospitals Ahuja Medical Center in Beachwood, OH. You will deliver high-quality cleaning to create a safe, healthy environment and support patient and staff wellbeing.

The role requires flexibility with mornings, afternoons, and rotating weekends; full-time schedule and competitive pay range of $18–$22 per hour. Training and benefits are provided to help you thrive in this important service.

Qualifications

• Team-oriented, adaptable and reliable with a healthy/safe working environment mindset.
• 12 months of related work experience preferred.
• Experience with floor care equipment and all phases of floor and carpet care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, buff, polish, scrub, strip and refinish hard-surface floors with heavy equipment.
• Vacuum, spot clean and extract carpeted floor surfaces.
• May clean furniture and empty trash, linen, and garbage containers.
• May wash walls and maintain baseboards and cove base molding.
• May assist in training other employees.
• Attend shifts on time with satisfactory regularity.
• Other duties as assigned based on client requirements.

Workdays/shifts:

What You’ll Do:

As a Floor Technician at Sodexo, you are a hygiene hero and planet protector. You will deliver a high-quality cleaning service to create a safe and healthy environment.

Responsibilities include:
