Job summary

NHC Athens, a skilled nursing campus in Athens, TN, is seeking a floor technician for full-time shifts. You’ll clean, maintain, and repair carpeted and hard flooring surfaces, including scrubbing, polishing, and waxing as part of daily duties.

No prior experience is required; we provide comprehensive training on all equipment and tasks, with opportunities to grow in a supportive health care environment on-site.

Qualifications

• Previous floor care experience is not mandatory.

Floor technicians, are responsible for cleaning, maintaining, and repairing carpeted and hard flooring surfaces. This includes, but is not limited to scrubbing, polishing, and wax flooring of all types during their shift. Other duties as assigned.

Our campus is home to a 88-bed post-acute 24-hour skilled nursing Health Care Center. We see many individuals who need skilled nursing care after a stroke, joint replacement surgery, a cardiac procedure or a serious illness.
