Luxe Healthcare is seeking a Floor Technician to perform general maintenance and cleaning for floors and related facilities. You will support the maintenance team, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and proper operation of floor care equipment.

The role requires at least 2 years in commercial or janitorial cleaning, and the ability to communicate in English and/or Spanish. We offer daily pay options and a comprehensive benefits package, with growth opportunities within a supportive work environment.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial or janitorial cleaning is mandatory.
• Basic knowledge of floor types and their relevant cleaning needs is essential.
• Be able to communicate in English, and or Spanish.
• Ability to follow safety guidelines and use PPE when necessary.
• Proficient in the use of cleaning, polishing, and scrubbing equipment, including floor care equipment such as burnishers, scrubbers, and vacuums.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Floor Technician

Our company is seeking a thorough and detail-oriented Floor Technician to join our growing team!

The Floor Technician will perform general maintenance and repairs for assigned equipment and facilities including plumbing, electrical, basic carpentry, heating and cooling, and other building systems. The Maintenance Assistant is responsible for providing support to the Director of Maintenance and to the entire facility by ensuring the cleanliness, safety and good working order of all equipment and facilities.
