Position Summary

SkyTop View Rehab Center

2145 N Don Wickham Drive

Performs the day-to-day activities of the Environmental Services Department in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations governing our facility, as well as directives from the Administrator, Director, or Supervisor. Ensures that the facility is maintained in a clean, safe, and comfortable manner.

Responsibilities
  • Clean floors in resident rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, locker rooms, and other areas.
  • Sweep, scrub, wax, and polish floors using brooms, mops, and powered scrubbing and waxing machines.
  • Clean rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and draperies with appropriate equipment.
  • Move furniture as needed within the facility.
  • Collect and dispose of trash and linens following policy and procedure.
  • Polish metal fixtures and fittings.
  • Wash windows, door panels, and sills.
  • Follow all work and cleaning schedules diligently.
  • Maintain assigned work areas to be clean, safe, comfortable, attractive, and free of hazards.
  • Maintain regular, punctual attendance in accordance with Orlando Health policies, ADA, FMLA, and other standards.
  • Ensure compliance with all Orlando Health policies and procedures.
