Cleantec is hiring a Project Team Member / Floor Tech in Oswego, NY. Start immediately with on-the-job training and flexible shifts. No prior experience needed; the team will train you for floor care tasks using buffers, scrubbers, and cleaners.

Competitive pay starts at $19.00 per hour, with potential up to $21.00 hourly depending on location and experience. Cleantec serves the Central New York region with multiple locations and a collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

• Current valid driver’s license is required.
• Positive work history and reliability.
• Meticulous attention to detail required.
• Customer service oriented attitude.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Drug test and background check required.

Responsibilities

• Operate medium to heavy cleaning equipment (floor buffers, carpet cleaner, auto floor scrubbers).
• Tile and grout cleaning; deep clean services.
• Strip and refinish floors and reapply finish.
• Keep supplies and equipment organized and stocked.
• Maintain cleanliness of company vehicles.
• Clean windows and perform post-construction cleanup.
• Perform pressure washing as needed.
