Job summary

South Texas Health System in McAllen, TX seeks a dedicated environmental services associate to support patient care areas through cleaning and sanitation. You will follow established schedules, use chemicals safely, and operate cleaning equipment to maintain a hygienic hospital environment.

Duties include damp buffing, carpet spot removal, floor stripping and refinishing, and disposing of biohazard materials in accordance with policies.

• Identifying, disposing and transporting of bio - hazardous materials.
