Healthcare Services Group, Inc. is seeking a Floor Tech to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of floors in a long-term care facility. You will support a resilient team and help create a welcoming environment for residents and staff.

The position offers on-site work with paid benefits, and the starting pay is USD 18.00 per hour. Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, follow safety protocols, and reside in the service area.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous floor care experience is preferred but not required.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Residency within the service area is required.
• Follow oral and written instructions and maintain safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform floor care tasks including cleaning, buffing, and refinishing floors.
• Operate floor care equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain records of floor care activities and report safety issues.
• Follow infection control and universal precautions policies.
• Interact positively with residents, staff, and guests.
• All other duties as assigned.
