Job summary

LR-Associates, LLC seeks reliable janitors/floor techs to provide cleaning services for the Carl Vinson VA Medical Center in Dublin, GA. The role requires hard work, reliability, and a team-oriented attitude. Multiple shifts available and federal holidays may apply.

Applicants must be US citizens and pass a background check conducted by the Federal Government. Two years of cleaning experience with six months of floor buffing is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Two years of cleaning experience required.
• Six months of floor buffing experience preferred.
• US citizens and ability to pass government background check.

Responsibilities

• Buff floors and perform general cleaning duties.
• Vacuum, sweep, mop floors, empty trash, and clean lobby, hallways, bathrooms.
• Dust surfaces, clean doors/glass, remove litter, restock paper products, and clean kitchens.
• Provide professional customer service to residents and visitors.
