ABM US is seeking a Specialty Cleaning Janitorial Lead responsible for directing cleaning of floors and carpets to uphold high levels of cleanliness, safety, and hygiene at client facilities in Salt Lake City and surrounding areas.

The role combines hands-on cleaning with operational leadership, requiring experience with floor care machines, team supervision, and adherence to health and safety standards. Open availability and onsite responsibilities are expected.

Qualifications

• Experience leading cleaning teams and ensuring safety standards.
• Proficient with floor care machines and equipment.
• Janitorial experience preferred and a willingness to work in facilities with diverse cleaning needs.

A Specialty Cleaning Janitorial Lead oversees the cleaning of both hard-surface floors and carpets, ensuring facilities meet high standards of cleanliness, safety, and hygiene. This role combines operational leadership with hands-on cleaning expertise, managing teams, maintaining equipment, and enforcing compliance with health and safety regulations

Location: SLC and surrounding areas

Shift: Candidate must have open availability.

Payrate: $25.00 Hourly, paid weekly on Fridays

Requirements: Have experience using floor care machines, have leadership experience, janitorial preferred.
