Job summary

AdviniaCare in Massachusetts is seeking a housekeeper who is enthusiastic, reliable and a team player to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents in our senior living facilities.

Responsibilities include cleaning floors, carpets and common areas; ensuring an odor-free facility; and supporting a tidy, sanitary home for residents and staff. Strong English and HS diploma preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Cleaner or Housekeeper.
• Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance
• Prioritization and time management skills
• Working quickly without compromising quality
• Knowledge of English language
• HS diploma or equivalent
• Working knowledge of cleaning appliances and proper use of cleaning agents

Responsibilities

• Cleaning floors, carpets and stairways throughout a nursing home.
• Maintain a clean, odor-free and safe environment which feels welcoming for residents.
• Oversee daily housekeeping tasks to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Provide professional level cleaning and caretaking within a senior living facility.
