Responsibilities

POSITION SUMMARY:

Performs cleaning functions in assigned areas following established schedules and using prescribed methods to include:

  1. Proper use of chemicals.
  2. Identifying, disposing and transporting of bio-hazardous materials.
  3. Safely operating cleaning equipment as assigned.
  4. Performs damp buffing and spot removal of carpets.
  5. Strips and refinishes hard surface floors.
Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. After initial training, demonstrate ability to utilize supplies, tools and equipment properly.
  2. Must demonstrate commitment and adherence to STHS’s Compliance Program and Code of Conduct through compliance with all policies and procedures, the Code of Conduct, attendance at required training and immediately reporting suspected compliance issue(s) to the Compliance Officer.
