Overview

Job Summary Details: ABM, a leading provider of integrated facility solutions, is looking for Experienced Floor Techs. The floor technician position provides the cleaning and upkeep of an assigned area in designated areas at a K-12 school, college or university campus environment.

Locations: 11425 N Dysart Rd, El Mirage, AZ 85335; 10909 N Perryville Rd, Surprise, AZ 85388; 15550 N Parkview Pl, Surprise, AZ 85374; 17901 W Lundberg St, Surprise, AZ 85388

Shift: 4:00pm - 12:30am M-F

Pay: $16.50 hourly / Weekly Pay

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain carpet and hard surface floors, including stripping, scrubbing, buffing, waxing, refinishing, sealing and spot cleaning. Also responsible for using safety measures in work areas. Duties also include assisting the Building/Account Lead with special projects including but not limited to setups, breakdowns, move in/ move outs. Willing to complete other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• 1 yr of prior experience as a Floor Tech

Equipment Used

IMOP, Kaivac, Scrubber T500 & T300, Backpack & Upright Vacuums, Carpet Extractor (large self contained), and Side by Side Orbital Scrubber/Buffer.
