Job summary

Palmdale Regional Medical Center, part of Universal Health Services (UHS), is seeking an Environmental Services professional to clean and maintain all surfaces in a fast-paced hospital environment. You will participate in special projects and collaborate with the EVS leadership to ensure clinical areas meet high cleanliness standards.

Primary duties include routine cleaning, preventative maintenance on floor equipment, and adherence to infection control protocols.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Written and verbal communications, interpersonal skills.
• Basic organizational and computer skills.
• CPI is required within 30 days of hire

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain all carpeted and hard surfaces in the facility.
• Performs preventative maintenance on special floor equipment.
• Works on special projects and committees assigned by the Director of EVS

Position Description
