Job summary

Frantz Building Services in Bloomington, IN is seeking team members to perform cleaning tasks including stripping and refinishing VCT, carpet extraction, and general office maintenance across multiple sites.

This role requires a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, willingness to work long hours and travel between locations. We offer company shirts, paid training, a referral bonus, comprehensive health/dental/vision/life coverage, and a 401(k) plan after one year.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Must be willing to work long hours when needed and travel to multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Strip and refinish VCT floors.
• Scrub and recoat VCT; burnish VCT.
• Carpet extraction.
• Maintain and clean offices, lobbies, restrooms, breakrooms, and other high-traffic areas.
• Dust, vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.
• Clean glass and doors.
• Complete all scheduled daily assignments within designated time frames.
