Position Summary

The Floor Tech is responsible for maintaining facility cleanliness, buffing and waxing floors, and managing trash. The role involves working closely with the housekeeping and maintenance directors.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Experience in industrial floor care

Essential Functions

• Maintain cleanliness throughout the facility
• Buff floors
• Empty trash bins
• Notify supervisors when supplies or equipment need repair
• Report areas in need of repair

Physical Requirements

Ability to perform movements such as pushing, pulling, lifting, bending, kneeling, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations.

Work Schedule

As assigned, including some weekends, evenings, and holidays. Non-exempt position.
