Job summary

Excel Care Wilmington is seeking a Floor Tech to join our Environmental Services team in a skilled nursing facility. You will perform floor care to keep resident areas clean, safe, and welcoming.

Responsibilities include stripping, waxing, buffing, and maintaining floor care equipment; ensuring high cleanliness standards; following safety and infection control procedures; and supporting the housekeeping team as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Floor Tech, preferably in a healthcare or nursing home setting.
• Knowledge of floor care techniques and equipment.
• Ability to work independently and reliably.
• Strong attention to detail.
