Qualifications

Primary Responsibilities:

• Perform routine tasks in assigned areas following maintenance schedules for floors and carpets.
• Clean fixtures, furnishings, walls, woodwork, floors, stairwells, interior windows, elevators/tracks, and exterior equipment.
• Move and reset furnishings after job completion.
• Perform all floor care duties, including dust mopping, wet mopping, stripping, refinishing, spot cleaning, burnishing, and extraction with specified equipment.
