Job summary

Optalis Healthcare is seeking a Housekeeping Assistant/Floor Tech to maintain a clean, safe, and homelike environment for residents, staff, and visitors in our Michigan facility. You will support infection control and survey readiness while ensuring quality of life for residents.

Responsibilities include cleaning resident rooms, bathrooms, and common areas daily, performing terminal cleaning as needed, and handling waste per procedures.

Physical & Work Requirements

• Standing/walking for most of shift; frequent bending and lifting (5--40 lbs).
• Ability to push housekeeping carts (up to 300 lbs with assistance).
• Exposure to odors, chemicals, and wet/humid conditions.
