Job summary

Saint Luke’s Hospital on the Plaza is seeking a Housekeeping Associate to maintain cleanliness across the facility and support infection control within the Environmental Services Department.

The role contributes to patient care and interacts with patients daily to help Saint Luke’s be “The Best Place To Get Care, The Best Place To Give Care.” Full-time evening shift 6:00pm-2:30am, Monday to Friday with rotating weekends; requires ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

• Applicable Experience: Less than 1 year.

Responsibilities

• Clean and disinfect patient rooms, bathrooms, floors, and offices.
• Remove trash, wipe surfaces, and other tasks related to cleaning.
• Responsible for own trash/linen/bio removal; must be able to lift 50lbs.
• Excited about working with people, positive attitude, strong customer service skills, willingness to work, flexible, able to work without guidance, eager to learn, not afraid to ask questions, can be on feet all day, and a team player.

Job Description The Opportunity Saint Luke’s Hospital on the Plaza is seeking a Housekeeping Associate to be responsible for the cleanliness of our facility. As a member of the Environmental Services Department, you will be instrumental in fighting against hospital infection. Shift Details

• Full time position
• Five day work week 6:00pm-2:30am
• Work week – Monday to Friday
• Rotating weekends (Every other weekend)
