Salary

Competitive pay ranging from $15.97 to $18.25/hr. Bonuses and incentives are offered separately and depend on experience, qualifications, location, certifications, and other factors.

Responsibilities

• Operate floor equipment such as auto-scrubbers, burnishers, buffers, carpet extractors, and other mechanical machines daily or as needed.
• Utilize automated floor cleaning equipment according to schedule.
• Perform carpet and upholstery cleaning, including shampooing, spot cleaning, vacuuming, etc.
• Operate industrial floor care equipment as assigned.
• Perform maintenance and restorative processes for various floor types.
• Clean, sweep, vacuum, and polish floors.
• Use various tools and cleaning materials, including hand power scrubbing and polishing equipment, vacuums, buffers, brooms, mops, and chemical cleaners.
• Clean designated areas with appropriate disinfectants.
• Assist in cleaning common areas and removing trash.
• Assist with resident wheelchair cleaning and disinfecting.
• Report maintenance issues promptly.
• Follow safety and infection control procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment, carts, and work areas.
• Adhere to FutureCare’s ethics and compliance policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
