Job Summary:

As a Floor Tech, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and safety of our facility floors, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable environment for our residents.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain facility floors by sweeping, buffing common areas
• Ensure a safe environment by identifying and addressing any hazards or areas of concern
• Perform routine cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and disposing of trash and recyclables
• Use specialized equipment, such as floor polishers and strippers, to maintain floor surfaces

• Perform other related duties as assigned
