Other duties may be assigned* Comply with safety rules, policies, and procedures. Stop at risk behaviors in others and self* Work with other employees in a team to complete assignments* Perform repetitive tasks* Maintain clean work area* Follow all company procedures, policies, and rules* Take direction and respond to supervision* Talk with lead, supervisor, co-workers, managers, and customers in a professional manner* Fill in during staff shortages, such as in custodial, recycle, or maintenance* Support shift lead in completing punch-list items* Use proper personal protective equipment that is required for assigned tasks* Present a professional appearance and conduct* Understand customer service and satisfaction.* Understand reporting systems, and of the environment* Operate motorized cleaning equipment* Maintain daily upkeep of assigned area* Perform cleaning and maintenance of all floors: tile, carpet , and brick flooring* Complete work assignments in a timely manner* Utilize the appropriate chemicals and supplies according to procedure* Use and maintain equipment properly* Operate and maintain all equipment correctly and safely* Always observe safety precautions, using safety signs “wet floor”* Ability to work without normal supervision* Report safety hazards as appropriate**Qualification**To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
